The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback will be joining a list of celebrities, including singer Selena Gomez, at events taking place throughout this upcoming weekend. If you’re not familiar with Big Slick, it’s an annual fundraising event benefiting Children’s Mercy’s Cancer Center. KC natives David Koechner, Rob Riggle, Paul Rudd Jarvis Jenkins Jersey , Eric Stonestreet and Jason Sudekis host the event. Mahomes recently surprised kids at Children’s Mercy with gear from Adidas and his 15 and the Mahomies foundation. His presence at the fundraiser will further help Children’s Mercy.Big Slick weekend includes the following three events that are open to the public:Friday, June 7 — celebrity softball game at Kauffman StadiumSaturday, June 8 — celebrity bowling tournamentSaturday, June 8 — Big Slick party and showIt is unclear exactly which events Mahomes will be participating in, but the softball game and bowling tournament sound like natural fits (as always, don’t tell Veach).
