Hello everybody! How goes the road to 120 Farming and Herblore? Since I last talked to you in October, I've continued OSRS gold to get to know the staff, to find out about the work they perform and their capabilities, and also to comprehend what inspires you, our Runescape players. All this is important since it will shape our direction and strategies for 2020 -- I want the 12 months beforehand to be greater compared to the 12 months which is supporting us. We've also taken the first steps on mapping our Duty of Care blueprint and also to decrease our reliance on Treasure Hunter and retired our Java client.
And also these transformational efforts continue. Now, we're on the cusp of a fresh age for RuneScape. This evolution will take a couple of years to unfold, and how this seems becomes better to me daily. However, the plan is not finalised yet. I have still got plenty of work to perform ensuring that our strategy is consistent and correctly supported throughout our development teams. I need to be absolutely sure that we are working toward a great choice of frequent content, which this content that will decide on a new golden standard for RuneScape. Our core expertise has to be good, our NXT customer needs to be modernised, and ultimately Runescape match has to be worth your time.
To get this right, I need to understand we're prioritising the right things. What articles do you engage with the most? And what are you telling us you desire? Just as importantly, I need to know what our weaknesses and strengths are as a studio and team. When have we succeeded? And where have we underdelivered? With this in mind, I want to develop a RuneScape leadership team that is working together to create an inspirational vision for our future. To deliver this we will call for new growth criteria, new production process and production plans, new tools and pipeline optimisations. The RuneScape team is increasing, and such teams have to be efficiently and proactively working collectively on shared objectives. I am even considering how we could build more creativity and fun into our daily work atmosphere. All of which should translate into a much better product, meaning more joyful Runescape players, and developers that are pleased with their job.
But this means we are not yet in the place to give you our typical Year Ahead movie. I would like to come to buy OSRS GP to you with a plan that takes RuneScape in the leadership Runescape players want and deserve. I want to get to a location where the flow of content is no more a concern. I would like you to be really excited about all the new adventures coming your way. And I want you to know these things are coming regularly and predictably. We are going to be bringing this roadmap for you a time in the early New Year.
