ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins did not practice Wednesday because of soreness in his surgically repaired foot.Coach Rex Ryan told reporters before practice that Watkins was expected to be a limited participant. However, according to a team spokesperson, Watkins told trainers upon arriving at practice that his foot was sore and the team decided to hold him out of practice.Watkins declined an interview request in the locker room after practice. Ryan is not scheduled to address reporters until after Thursdays practice.It is not immediately clear if Watkins will be able to practice Thursday or Friday.
